Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes about NEXT Level Carts, our inventory, financing options, and showroom. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: - Interfere with the operation, security, or accessibility of the Site - Attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems - Scrape, harvest, or replicate the Site's content for commercial use without written permission - Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, vehicle photography, and the "NXT Level Carts" name — is the property of NEXT Level Carts or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law. Brand names (ICON, EPIC, Denago, Alset) and associated logos belong to their respective owners and are used here under standard authorized-dealer terms.

Pricing, Specifications, and Inventory

Prices, specifications, photography, and inventory shown on the Site are presented in good faith but may change at any time without notice. Vehicle availability is not guaranteed. Models marked "Pricing Coming Soon" are not yet priced and are not offered for sale until pricing is published. Final pricing, taxes, fees, and any applicable financing terms are confirmed at the time of purchase in the showroom.

Test Drives and Showroom Visits

Test drives and showroom visits are subject to vehicle availability, weather, and showroom hours (see Contact page). Test drives require a valid driver's license. NEXT Level Carts reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

Financing Disclosures

Financing terms shown on the Site (rates, monthly payments, approval times) are illustrative and depend on lender, credit profile, down payment, and final transaction details. Submitting a financing inquiry does not guarantee approval. All credit decisions are made by third-party lenders.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (manufacturer pages, financing partners, social media, mapping services). We do not control or endorse the content of those sites and are not responsible for them. Use them at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEXT Level Carts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, including any reliance on Site content. Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Vehicle warranties (where they exist) are provided by the vehicle manufacturer and are separate from these Site Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
